PRIMAL PANTRY, Teneriffe
New palaeolithic (paleo) cafe Primal Pantry has opened its doors in Teneriffe, providing Brisbane dwellers with a taste of the diet that is becoming increasingly popular.
Within a stone’s throw of Ansonia and Saratoga woolstores, Primal Pantry is conveniently located on the corner of Florence and Macquarie Streets, Teneriffe and is open Mon to Sun 7am to 3pm.
ALFREDO’S, Fortitude Valley
Alfredo’s Pizzeria is the latest addition to the Fortitude Valley clan, tucked just behind Alfred & Constance. Serving Italian fare until midnight daily, after which will transform into a casual bar for its final early morning hours of trade.
Alfredo’s Pizzeria is located at 39 Alfred Street, Fortitude Valley and is open Mon to Thurs 5pm to 1am, Fri to Sat 12pm to 3am and Sun 12pm to 1am.
CHILLIWOW, Fortitude Valley
Chilliwow, a rustic kitschy cantina festooned with Jesus shrines, cacti, skulls and hanging macaus, is the go-to Mexican themed bar in Brisbane to enjoy a Mexican cocktail or beer with some cheap Mexican street food.
Occupying the large warehouse that was once home to Barsoma, you will find Chilliwow at 22 Constance Street and open Wed to Thurs 4pm to 2am and Fri 11:30am to 3am, Sat 2pm to 3am and Sun 2pm to 1am.
